Team and Project Profile Alignment
The above graphic is a display of the team profile superimposed on the project profile. The differences along each of the four dimensions become obvious. Ideally, the composite kite formed from the profile data of the team members contains the project profile within its boundaries. This occurs in the Organize and Personalize quadrants, but not in the Analyze and Visualize quadrants. Furthermore, the Organize quadrant score is considerably above that which the project requires. This may also be indicative of a potential problem.
