- Designed and managed the development of CareerAgent for Computerworld, a web-based intelligent decision support system for IS staff development and deployment used by over 18,000 individuals.
- Designed and implemented a project management methodology and PSO and integrated it into the systems development methodology for a medium-sized commercial bank. Redefined position descriptions and skills profiles for project team members, team leaders, project managers, and senior project managers, allowing for a merging and standardization of the staff of several disparate IT groups.
- Assisted in the design and development of the role/skills database that drives the British Computer Society's Professional Development Scheme, a career and professional development product for the IT industry used in over 120 UK companies.
- Designed and executed a comprehensive information services assessment for a medium-sized consumer products manufacturer which resulted in a restructuring of their service delivery systems, job design, and position responsibilities.
- Developed the project management process for a medium-sized services firm and created the PSO and position descriptions for its staff.
- Assisted a very large communications company on methods, tools, and their implementation for motivating senior technical staff.
- Implemented a self-directed work team structure for the technical support department of a large insurance company.
- Advised a major university on the design, development and delivery of its corporate project management curriculum.
- Established Centers of Excellence for a large drug manufacturer and for a medium-sized bank.
