The Project Management Maturity Assessment (PMMA) Model is a survey-based assessment designed to establish the baseline process maturity of an organization’s project management process and then the maturity level of the practice of that process. Face-to-face one- on-one Interviews of project managers are conducted to determine the extent to which project managers are using the established project management processes. A summary report is produced which compares the baseline process maturity levels of each of the 9 PMBOK knowledge areas against the summarized practice data.
